Foreclosures can be bargains for budget-minded house hunters even when they're in the market for seven-figure homes. Trulia, which provides information on homes for sale, neighborhoods and housing trends, provided the following listings of deeply discounted foreclosed homes.

Description: Cherrywood cabinets? Check. Granite countertops? Check. Viking range? Check. Stainless steel appliances? Check. The gourmet cook's kitchen in this suburban D.C. chalet has it all.

Falls Church is a tony, within the Beltway town, very convenient to government offices. According to Trulia, the real estate search engine that provides information on houses, neighborhoods and trends, list prices of bank-repossessed properties sell for an average of $289,900, 36% less than non-foreclosed listings in the town.
